Read MoreAs Commercial Director my role is to primarily oversee all commercial and managerial aspects of projects to ensure they are completed on time and bring value to our customers and growers. As a team we work very closely to develop solutions to meet the ever-demanding needs of today’s growers, part of my role is to understand how we can identify these solutions that bring return on investment for the grower. Farming is moving at rapid pace in terms of legislation and technology, one of the most the refreshing parts of working for a company like De Sangosse is we can move equally as quick to bring the solutions to the British farmer working with our distribution partners.
As Managing Director I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the De Sangosse business operations. Alongside my role as MD, I have retained a hands-on position with the commercial management of key accounts, as well as managing some of the key product lines in our range, including molluscicides. De Sangosse is operating in a time of unprecedented change in agriculture, and our portfolio is continually developing to provide solutions which support crop yield and quality, and provide tools for farm businesses to meet the high standards of UK crop production.
My role is to ensure the transfer of knowledge to the customers and end users of our products, but also to assist in the development of new and novel solutions. It’s great to work in a technically driven business that operates within some very dynamic markets. Our emphasis on R&D puts us ahead of our competitors, and it’s rewarding to see products through conception to on-farm use where they generate real value to end users.
We continually strive to innovate and adapt our extensive product range according to the needs of UK farmers, which means we are continually updating our technical information. As such we do not store product information on our website.
